7. after you have funded your account; login to your graphcard account and you will see that your USA Virtual address has automatically been given to you.
8. you can get a USA phone number by clicking the Get Phone extension option, then choose your plan and pay.

How to Increase Your Adsense Earnings Using Ads Category

Every now and then, both pro-bloggers and newbie-bloggers keep looking for a better way to tweak their Adsense in other to earn more.
There are many and different ways or methods one can increase Google Adsense earnings. And you might ask yourself, why should I keep reading this when I have read over the same thing all over the Internet times without number? All what I can say… keep reading!
This method, which you might already know or must have come across is very simple and effective but most bloggers keep off their eyes from it. This method is very effective in increasing adsense earnings apart from the controversial ad placement, color blend and bigger size. I called this method ‘Category Filter‘.

This is what we will be doing…
We are going to check through all the categories (about 50) and block those that are performing very poor.
This method is used to allow or block categories of ads from showing on our blogs or sites.
In short, this is how Google put it;

Category blocking allows you to prevent ads from upto 50 categories and sub-categories from appearing on your site

Okay, let us go on to block the less productive ads categories in our Adsense account…

1. Login to your Google Adsense account and click ‘Allow or block ads‘ tab (in the New Interface)

2. Select ‘General Categories‘

3. Select the product you wish to work on. Here, I choose the products one after the other from ‘Content’ to ‘Mobile Content’ excluding ‘Search’ because it has no category settings

4. Scroll down to see ‘All categories’ in tabular form with the ‘Category name’, ‘Ad Impression (%)’ and ‘Earnings (%)’

5. Check through the list of categories thoroughly, including the ‘Ad Impression’ and ‘Earnings’

6. Weigh the ‘Ad Impression’ against ‘Earnings’ for each category

7. Block any category that is performing very low. For example, if the ‘Arts & Entertainment‘ category has ’15% Ad Impressions’ and ’0.8% Earnings’, then you need no prophet to tell you that this category should be blocked.

The main reason we have to block the un-performing ads categories is simple. We need to create room for well-performing ads to appear on our blog so that enough visitors can see them and thus, increasing our CTR which inturns increases our Google Adsense income.
Google will even recommend not to block some categories by using the phrase

Too big to block

That is because that particular ads category is performing well on your blog/site.
However, some ‘Sensitive Categories’ might overlapped with some ‘General Categories’ and ‘Sub-categories’. So make sure you also check out the ‘Sensitive Category‘.
Repeat this process for all the products you are running on Google Adsense. For me, I have just 3 products (excluding Adsense for Search) which are Adsense for Content, Adsense for Feed and Adsense for Mobile Content.

To be honest, I had money on my mind when I started this blogging tips blog. It is part of my plan to make money from blogging and that is one of the main reasons I created this blog, being one of the blogs I plan to make money from. I am telling you this because I am not like those gurus that claims they don’t intend to make money from their blog in the first place.

Yes – you can make money through blogging by putting Google Advertisements on your blog. To my observation, Google Adsense is the best way to get passive income from blog. All you have to do is put Google Adsense advertising on your blog and then continue with your own blogging. It is that simple but getting your Adsense application accepted might not be that easy – from experience. But once you get your Adsense application accepted, the next thing is to put Google Adsense code into your blog
and start making money from it. Mind you, you need a lot of organice traffic (traffice from search engines) to get optimum result from Google Adsense but surely you can get some cash from it easily by just working hard on your blog.

For me, Google Adsense is working pretty well for me. Getting your first Google Adsense check is a good tip that you’re on the right track.

#2 Blog Post Advertising:

Blog Post Advertising (BPA) is a good way to make money blogging. In fact, this is one of the best methods used by bloggers around the world to make money with their blogs. With Blog Post Advertising, which is also known as Sponsored Review or Sponsored Post, you get paid to review product or service on your blog post. In my opinion, it is a great way to make money blogging because while doing this, you are creating useful posts for your blog readers. That is, you can use blog post advertising as source of blog post idea while make money blogging. Like TLA, you can sell blog post adevertising spot by yourself or submit your blog to BPA Brokers.

Some Blog Post Advertising brokers you can use are Linkworth, ReviewMe, SponsoredReview and Blogsvertise. While you might not make thousands with BPA, it is a good source of revenue for bloggers.

This is one of the easiest way to make money blogging. so bloggers will find it easy to make money from text link advertising. What you need is a blog and then optimize it to have a high SERP, PR and traffic rank. And then you can offer Text Link Advertising (TLA) service on your blog and start making money from it. You can also sell Text Link Advertising trough webmaster forum such as digital point forum or V7Network forum. If you do not have time to sell text link advertising by your self, we can always submit our blog to Text Link Advertise (TLA) broker service. We just need to submit our blog with right info and then leave the rest to TLA broker.

You can use Teliad and LinkWorth as a TLA broker. You may be not make big money but it will be enough to cover your blog web hosting cost for two years.

#5 Affiliate Marketing:

Affiliate marketing can be a great way to make money from blogging. Affiliate means that you sell someone's  product and get commission each time people buy the product through your affiliate link. Getting affiliate link and integrating it on your blog isn’t the hard part, but making your blog visitors to buy the product through your affiliate link is the hard part.

Although I do not have any affiliate product to sell here on this blog (at the moment), but I have it on some of my other blogs like my weight loss blog but I am not making much out of it but I know with effective marketing, you can make something out of it.
